Well, I'm so excited about our new baby crib bedding class starting in August. We will start at the bottom of the crib with sewing a beautiful crib dust ruffle with trim and embellishments.
This is a beautiful and elegant crib and bedding, easy to make or you can purchase it at 2 Little Monkeys. My friend Jodi now owns! The price starts at $850.00 for the basic bedding set.
Next we will move on to making custom crib sheets and decorative pillow.
Then for the designer Crib Bumper Pads to keep the new arrival in the crib! Today's bumper come in lots of shapes and sizes.
There are several types of batting you can use in the bumper pads, I have always use invisible zippers in my bumper pads so they can be wash on a regular basis. Boy, could I tell you stories why bumper pads need to be washable. I have added a new line of bumper pad inserts to our class and the will be another option for new moms or grand mothers sewing baby bedding.
Although if you want to sew the scallop bumpers below you will need to custom make the inserts, which are easy enough with Claudia's help.
Are these to cute? My daughter Julie is expecting a new arrival in September and I'm looking forward to sewing the scalloped bumper pads.
